About Me

Hello, I'm Lisa.

I grew up in Ireland and currently live in Australia with my partner, my rainbow baby boy, and our pot of gold baby girl. They aren't babies anymore.

I am a Pregnancy Loss Mom. I first became a mother in 2019 to twin girls. At 24 weeks, they arrived stillborn.

My background is in social care, and I have always had a passion for supporting people. After my loss, I trained as a Pregnancy Loss and Trauma-Informed Practitioner. I help women who have experienced pregnancy loss move from a place of fear, sadness, and isolation to a place of strength and peace. My mission is to guide you through life after loss and empower you, with the support of skills, tools, and somatic practices to move forward while honoring yourself and your babies.

I stand for women who are navigating life after pregnancy loss and feeling isolated, unsupported, and stuck. I want to empower mothers to tell their stories and talk about their lives after loss. I want to bring awareness to the continuous grief, loneliness, and judgment that is common in our society after loss. Most importantly, I want to hold your hand! I want to listen, and I want you to know I understand what you are going through.
